October 4, 2005 Do I know how to call it, or do I know how to call it?
I received a reply to my email from last week: "I have been in touch with Dr. UVW who informed me that she had spoken to one of the authors of a paper on 3M syndrome, and he said that he thought that 3M syndrome was quite unlikely. However, Dr. UVW asked me to forward some photographs of Frances so that she may show the lab that is doing some molecular testing for 3M syndrome to see if they'd be willing to undertake testing on Frances, or whether she really does not fit." I'm not sure how to phrase my reply. We'll see how this goes. R2K--Maybe I need a business card and a nice framed certificate to take with me, and hang on the walls during appointments? Posted by: Andrea at October 5, 2005 7:43 AM
I can just see that...You stride into the office carrying Frances, set her down, she scrambles over to the nearest book and starts reading, while you pull the doctor's placque off the wall and replace it with yours, then sit yourself at the deska dn start going through your notes....when the doctor comes in, she'll be so astounded, and that's when you launch into the discussion. I'm kinda giggling over here at the idea... Posted by: rachel at October 6, 2005 9:14 AM
