January 16, 2007 It's the Moment You've All Been Waiting For
Let's open our presents today. We are still waiting for three, I think, but at least one of them should show up today, and another is going to take some determined tracking down thanks to the USPS. Also, tomorrow LauraJ is taking Aaron for surgery and Carrie is now home w/ Peanut from their medical adventure, so today may be our only day where everyone is at home to open them. So today it is! Remember to take pictures so you can write a post about your perfect, thoughtful gift. Posted by Andrea at January 16, 2007 8:34 AM under The Winter Holiday of Your Choice! Yay!!! I thought my eyes were going to bore a hole through that parcel if I stared at it any longer. Sorry about those with postal delivery issues. Been there. Done that. I hope those last few parcels arrive soon. Posted by: Sue at January 16, 2007 10:44 AM

wahoo. mike will be happy that i can finally get the pampers box out of the living room. (my package came wrapped in christmas paper, that was barely holding on by it's taped edges, and what little clinging strength it had left was distroyed by the cats shortly thereafter. so it's been a pampers box, sitting in the living room. calling to me daily...come open me suze... now I can't wait to get home :) Posted by: suze at January 16, 2007 3:21 PM
I opened mine just now! Post will go up tonight or tomorrow. My giftee rec'd a delivery notice from the post office today, according to the tracking info. Posted by: liz at January 16, 2007 6:33 PM
Carrie/Bad Mama and Amy/The Texture of Things are the two people who still might not have their presents. They might, too--I haven't heard in the last day or two. (Carrie and Amy, please let me know!) Everyone else has either answered in the affirmative, or their gifter reports that the package tracking shows a safe arrival.
